Hi Everyone,

I needed a break from the Cossack “Wild West” painting, and especially a change of palette so I have done a fun abstract. I was hoping perhaps that when you look at it you may be inspired to come up with a title. Something unusual would be nice. I am wondering if I should do a series of 4 in line with the elements or seasons.

Ok, so I’ve been busy today after all of you tolerating a sleepless night and influx of old work on RB. Anyway, after yelling at my friend for ringing me at 11:30am – she doesnt’ understand the hours we artists keep I got started on my painting for the Prestigious Cossack Award… which is in about 10 days time.

So, here are the first stages, nothing to rave about yet, let’s hope this artwo…

I just got a phone call that my “Life Saving Trials” painting was awarded ’ Highly Commended Artist’ and…. I sold the painting!

This is my first award. I’ve sold lots but that is not the same as an award. Anyway, I just wanted to share my joy.

Been a while since I shared any sort of WIP’s…
This one will probably be titled “The Muse”, she’s acrylic on canvas…another one of my ladies. One day it will come to me – who they are, at the moment they just seem to appear on the canvas, in their various shapes and forms.

Hope to finish this soon and will upload the artwork in the next few weeks.
