Africa In My Soul
June 2007
I’m on a roll with mixed mediums! This one is a mix of calico, hessian, shellac, paints, string… I have tried to capture the essence and textures of Africa… It smells like Africa funny enough, could be attributed to the sage burning at the time of creation.
Look out for the symbols… Table Mountain, Tribal Patterns, The bushveld, animals and animal totems.
