While, at first blush, this comes across as primarily abstract; it is not. I love the sense of flowers, the splashes of color, and the wonderful textures. You’ve a ton of talent, Carmen! Keep up the great work!

Exactly , and Im the same way with food , I think its the sculptor in me that wants to touch / feel art works . One of my most memorable days was a few years ago when a Dali exibition came to Melbourne & was blown away when I realised you could touch his bigger sculptures, it was like having a direct link to Dali himself or maybe Im just a sick bunny with a fetish for paint and bronze. Its a fine line sometimes LOL

I know what you mean about Dali – I have been to his gallery in Figure’s (Spain) twice, he is awe inspiring!

Carmen how you do Silver Foil on canvas. I like it, it looks vibrant and makes you want to dance…its got so much movement and music in it. Lots of energy, just like you!

Wow guys! Thanks everyone for your comments. I should do more of this type of thing, it’s messy though and drying time… let’s not go there! I am regretting selling the original, I think it was a measly hundred bucks on ebay… haven’t listed there for a while, think I am going to hold onto paintings and save them for an exhibition instead.
