It's a wonderful life

Hello Mark – all is well in my world, how bout yours luv?
I have been really busy though, this painting has taken some time and is due to be handed in today. Then onto a commission. My studio is being built too, so builders and their choir are here… they sing all day long to some very old music : )

Thank you Amanda – this is one of about 3 that I work in, but although it may look the easiest with the simple shapes, I find it by far the hardest, once I have painted in what I want there isn’t much room for error and I have to be very disciplined with my colour. Thank you for your comment!

I know you love that dog. I think the next one I paint should be titled
‘no pissing in the pool’ or perhaps one featuring lots of dogs – ‘dog beach’? xxx

Oh I remember those days! Remember when they had all the fairs and waterparks along the beach and it was safe? We used to make the trek from Jo’burg for two weeks every year and I lived for that holiday…just as much as I lived for Father Christmas teehee : )
