Hello – My name is Carmen…
... once upon a time I was a fashion designer, but the lure of travel and the unpredictable nature of life eventuated with the ‘downing of tools’ in 1997.
Finally, after making a couple of substantial life changing decisions, I began painting and creating in January 2007 and am now hooked!
My paintings are mainly acrylics on canvas, although I am exploring mixed mediums, collage and pastels.
All paintings are original, one of a kinds and inspiration is drawn from a myriad of influences, but mainly imagination and memories.
