This Bald Eagle takes off from his perch high in the cottonwood tree with its “Two Fist Full of Feathers” for what reason I don’t know.
Taken at Kirk Park Wildlife Area in Lane County, Oregon on Feb 10, 2011 with my Canon EOS 50D, EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6l IS USM Lens, set at 1/1579sec., F 55.66, ISO 400, Focal length 400mm.
