These two Boreal Bluets (Enallagma boreale) damselflies are in a “Summer Love Heart” mating wheel at the Kirk Park Wildlife Area in Lane County, Oregon.

It does look like a heart. The one that is holding on to the flower is holding both of them. Really cool shot Chuck.
Thank you, Donna; They even fly like that sometimes but mostly in tandem until the male lands. If you disturb them they will fly off like that most of the time and land at a different location….~Chuck
