Ven is a door able to be opened? Ven is not under water? Great find, composition and colours, Irina. What do they do there for rising damp? :)george
lol! rising damp is ONE of the problems! even the doors on dry land (not facing the canals) are fitted with anti-flood defence half-metre high! many houses have the only exit – to the canal :) now I understand why houses in Venice are in such decay: erecting the scaffold is quite a challenge! it is the most unusual way of life :) thank you for your comment and the fave, George! :)
WOW!!! This is so perfect, Irina. I don’t want the image to leave my screen! Even the horizontal and vertical lines are level which is so hard to do with the buildings of Venice. Great title:) Sandy
lol! there are always Distort and Warp functions at hand: the lines bend at my command! :) I’m so glad you liked this image, dear Sandy! your comment and the fave are much appreciated!
