If you look carefully, you can spell the word “Apple” in the series.

The viewer is not present in the secretive play of a child, mesmerizing in a strange recess of time frames, without adult instruction & practicing a spiritual connection with the Earth elements as ‘higher’ form of instruction. The ABC’s (codes) of civilization irrelevant to what is going on in the deep underlying human condition of play & ritual.

Child’s Play: Say it in English “Apple” (upple)

child play, doll, broken porcelain, magic, environ, ritual, trauma, bush fires, landscape, apple, text, alphabet

Creative staged photography ! Disturbing but intriguing imagery.

  • Yes thanku for your comment. It IS disturbing, an aim of ritualistic child’s play without adult supervision & inference. Quite menacing in traumatic states. Early pioneers; but it was in response to the Bushfires on the mainland (& my mothers funeral at the same time, personal too!)

  • Yes Thanku for stopping by. This year’s national disaster is the flooding across 5 states of the Great Southern Land Australia. The proceeds go to Flood Victims this year instead of Bush Fires. Please consider buying one.
