And it is, now….although I have to admit until I heard that I’d made my first sale it wasn’t so happy. You know how some days are just ho-hum? So thanks to whoever it was that bought “Oh Happy Day”....you’ve made mine!!

Hi Naomi, Mandy & Whirligig…thanks for the comments. I’ve been a bit down lately and haven’t been very creative at all. Must get myself stirred up, and get a move on. Just a bit in the doldrums.
The holiday was great, thanks Naomi. The trip over to Queensland wasn’t so great though….should have left Perth Airport at 12.05 am but didn’t take off until 3am! Problems with the hydraulics. Anyway…we arrived in Brisbane in time to see our connecting flight to Townsville leaving and had to wait another 5 hours for the next flight. Grrrrrr!
Never the less, we had a great time with our son and his family…and we enjoyed lovely warm weather too. Where we live (Perth) has been very cold and wet. I’m not moaning…because we’re desperate for the rain….and we’ve had good rain falls this winter, but it was nice to wear summer gear for a little while. Back into jumpers again:)
Anyway, thanks for the encouragement…and I look forward to seeing more of your great images. Bye for now:)

I’m glad to hear you finally got to enjoy your holiday. I’m sure that by flicking through some of the images on RB you’ll be flooded with inspiration and you’ll be back to your creative best in no time.

You’re right there Naomi (lovely name by the way) Although sometimes I drool over people’s work and long to be able to do similar stuff….but I guess that would be wrong. No matter what, I’m me, and I’d better be the best me I can:)
