Sunrise, Sunset

As I was working on this piece the words from the song ‘Sunrise, Sunset from Fiddler on the Roof came to mind. A bitter sweet melody that is one of my favourites…of course these are only some of the words, but they seem to fit. I hope you like it.

In fact you have painted your spirit guide here Chris. I didn’t notice your tag “Christianity” until after I typed this. this is a good spirit “angel” that is very close to you. You can feel it, but may not have acknowledged its presence.

There were cultures who personified the sun as a god or godess. They would have no difficulties in identifying their god with this golden, glowing picture, especially as it is possible to see a face in the structures.
