I live very happily in Western Australia with my husband of 36years. Creativity has always been a large part of my life, be it designing, painting, gardening, photography, graphics or jewellery making.
I started my training in art in England after I won a scholarship to Reigate School of Art & Design. Life happened, marriage, emigration and children. After my large family had grown and flown the nest, I returned to complete my Diploma of Art & Design.
For the past few years I have sold my cards in Art Galleries around Perth, but would love to sell to a much wider audience.
While looking for accessories for my cards on the Internet, I ‘discovered’ Redbubble quite by chance, (as you do) and have enjoyed being a part of the ever widening community of artists since August 2007.
Well, after weeks of frustration, my husband has found out what the problem was with me not being able to get ready access to RB. It wasn’t my computer, as I never believed it was! It was the new modem we had been using. / I was able to access other sites with no problems at all….but the large number of images available on RB was causing the modem problems. We shall now get a new mod…
Maybe I’m just a voice crying in the wilderness…..but I have been close to forgetting all about RB for the last month or so since I cannot get easy access to the site. / Sometimes it simply doesn’t come up when clicked on…other times I get as far as logging in…then nothing. / Yet again, I might get as far as My Bubble and click on a comment someone has left for me&…
What a blast…never thought I would be featured this way. This has really encouraged me to get out there, and begin to get more serious with my camera. / Thanks to the ‘Going Coastal’ group. I really appreciate the encouragement.
I haven’t been around all that much lately, but for the past week or when I’ve logged on, I have noticed that all the images on my bubble have been doubled up. Is there a problem at RB or is it a new way they’re doing things….can’t think what! / If anyone can tell me if they’re experiencing the same thing, I’d appreciate it :-)
