No One Cares
I’m an old man, and I don’t care
I have a family
I have two girls.
I have two boys
Not mine defined, but,
None the less, mine, default.
I have a wife, true love,
My side, which I know.
Why am I so sad?
My heart searches for the love!
The love it desires
The love it needs to beat
The life that it brought to bare
No one cares, Old man they say.
Why, why old man?
I tried, I worked, I provided!
No one cares
Here to-day, sat alone,
To-morrow gone,
No one cares.

Love is unattainable in this world. Other people can never fulfill us. There is a love far more greater than all the riches and power of this world. A very wonderful written work. I pray you do real love.

You have a lovely piece and the depth was deeply felt. It inspired a work of my own.
