Awesome photo, Western Scotland looks beautiful!

  • Many thanks. I can only recommend to visit this lovely country – I lived there for 8 years.

Great title.Scotland at its best, the light, the vibrant colours and the reflection make this a wonderful composition.

  • Many many thanks – this was on a particularly lovely holiday with friends in winter – we were heading to the Westcoast and had gorgeous weather.

This is a beautiful shot of a fabulous location (it is Stac Polly on the right and Ben More Coigach on the left), must’ve been from the road a few miles north of Ullapool?

  • Dear Steve two big thanks – one for the copliment and another one for the mountain identification. Yes, I think it was shortly after Ullapool. Many many thanks, I will add thiis to the picture description and the name of the file.

You’re welcome, and here’s my take on the same scene (in different weather!) here

  • Great shot as well, and indeed the weather quite different! What an atmosphere – you feel as you would have travelled back in time and would expect some cretaceous creatures to appear…
