WINTER HAS ARRIVED

Yes it snowed a few inches and it is still snowing here in the Canadian rockies near Banff. It is a heavy wet snow making the tree brances bend under the weight.

I am suppose to do art in the park but it may not go. If it does I wil partake if I can find a tarp or tent to cover the table.

This show also goes on tomorrow as it is the last long weekend of the summer.

Sept 30/08- Indian summer seems to be passing through, the snows have melted sometime ago and it has ben quite warm.

I was away on a work trip and have some new images up. Took an early morning walk on shore and discovered literally thousands of Starfish clinging to the rocks.

OMG – I don’t envy you – it’s still AUGUST!!! I always felt like it was early when we get snow in October :) Once, I remember being in Horne Payne (far north in Ontario) in July when it snowed…thank goodness we were only visiting.

    Christopher B ...

Out here in the Rockies we are use to snow at anytime of here. It has gone now and the sun is shining but looks cold outside. This was our first big snowfall of the fall.

As for the ART in The park show there were six artists showing. There were lots of people browsing mostly. I did sell one large image and two small postcards.

At least it is a way to let people see your work and hope you have something they are interested in.
