thanks Chante. I think it looks like oils but I’d used interative acrylics and a slow medium and worked on a very small scale. I am doing lots of small stuff at the moment, and i think it also helps in developing a ‘style’.

lol! when I asked my painting tutor for some feedback, he suggested I ‘use more colours’ hahahahahahaha….i am not really sure if he was serious…and I certainly think adding more colours to this would be a mistake…

This is beautiful, Christine. You are a truly talented artist. That’s something I wish I could do. There are no limits to the imagination if you can paint or draw. I can’t so I take photos instead. Still very satisfying and creative, in it’s own way. :)

thanks so much. I struggle with it really…nothing is ever good enough…must be what sent all those artists mad!! Photography is great…I believe Monet would have been a digital photograper if he lived now…capturing the moment and light…he would have loved it!!

oh thankyou:) I have started adding the medium (i.e. acrylic on canvas) to my titles as people often mistake them for photos…which in itself is complimentary!
