I love this. It’s such a warm and rustic image. It so says grandma’s house to me. Now does anyone remember ” Tales from Fat Tulips Garden” ? with Tony Robinson? This sho reminds me of that a lot too. This is the sort of window you just want to have a soft cushiony window seat in front of so you can curl up with a book and stare out at the lush garden. Nice shot!! I can just imagine the sun shining through the gorgeous magenta flowers and in through the window.

They actually used to have a hanging chair, cocoon like, that you could hang and swing in a little bit, so nice… :)

I speak a little French, and love richness of colours :) Maybe I should move to France like Van Gogh did… except his paintings were pretty colourless before he moved there, and mine are already very colourful in the Netherlands already… Maybe it would be too colourful if I moved to France ;)

What HDR program do you use?

Hi Ronky, I use Photomatix, and I use the old version, not the newest update. I find the latest version makes it a lot more complicated to get the effects that I like.

I love these “window to…” phtographs, and this is one of the better ones I have seen. Beautiful!
