Without seeing any detail of the image… just from the title I knew exactly what you had captured! Well done, great timing.

Wow great shot I think the coyote is hunting something else
Chris Snyder replied
Thanks for the comment mw! This coyote actually met up with another pair shortly after this shot. They started yipping and howling though I am not sure why. Later in the day I saw a group of coyotes close by get chased off by a grizzly. It would be very rare for a coyote or even a group to go after as big a prey animal as a pronghorn.

this is the most ridiculous case of “photoshop”ing or some other kind of program work i have ever seen in my entire life !!
Chris Snyder ~ you are trying to make a joke of a Pronghorn and a Fox
it’s not funny and it’s definitely not cool ~ no matter if someone thinks it’s a coyote,
this is not a real image
lame effort and an insult
Chris Snyder replied
Karon. It is in fact a coyote and a pronghorn. They passed very close to each other. There is no photoshop other than contrast and auto levels and the crop. I am sorry that you don’t believe this. It was a great experience to see these two animals so close together. I also am sorry that you do not see the humor in this image. Maybe you haven’t seen the cartoon.
I would encourage you to make sure of your accusations before you write them. Regards—Chris

A well timed shot, I have seen this several times were you get a couple of wild critters passing like this. There is no photoshop to this, it happens
Chris; GREAT shot, Yellowstone is on my “To Do” list.
Chris Snyder replied
Thanks Bart. I really appreciate your comment.
I am trying to figure a way to get out to Yellowstone again next spring. End of May and early June are off the charts for wildlife.

What a coincidence… they both must be blind in the right eye. Terrific shot too.
Sandy Stewart
Wow great capture of something one doesn’t see too often and to capture it so wonderfully too!!!! :)
Chris Snyder replied
It was too good to pass up. :-)
