A Day at the Museum Series #4

These angry moose bulls are in a bit of a rut! They’ve been at it for over a hundred years, day and night, but no one is winning yet. Looks like the cows have left for greener pastures and left them to get on with it. Will they ever learn or will they behave like humans for ever?

The original RAW file was shot in New York City at the American Museum of Natural History with the exciting new Mirrorless Full Frame 36MP Sony A7r and a Zeiss 24 – 70 FE lens. It was then processed in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CC

Photography has been an obsession since I was 13 years old and went off to Italy clutching my mother’s 1940s roll film camera. I’ve been fooling with computers since I bought an Amiga 1000 back in 1985. My first chunky pixelized images were digitized into that machine using a black and white CCTV camera. At last, with today’s software and hardware I feel that I can create the images I see in my mind’s eye. Visit my website at www.PixielatedPixels.com

There’s a Moose loose. LOL Awesome!!

  • Haha, but not these poor guys locked up behind glass for a 100 years. Just ten years ago they had to get in and dye them because they had faded so much! Happy you liked these JR, thanks for your great comments, cheers

This is a great image Chris, fighting over women eh, terrible.

  • Yeah, who would do that? Not me, well, not now that I’m older and wiser! :-) Thanks very much Nigel, all the best, cheers
