now that is the part I am having so much trouble with…..
and there you go knocking it out with ease….
I have never been this frustrated …………But I will get it done…….
    cheers wahini

  • Aloha KJ … it’s a strange shape … one side has extra width which is why there is shadow toning down that side … the other side is up against the column … underneath it are entry turnstiles but I didn’t bother with them … it doesn’t sit on a hill … I took artistic license here figuring Luna should be in a park like setting … lol You can see it better here than the pic I sent you so hope this helps :)

I will never forget my visits to Luna park as a kid it was the best so much fun .

  • Hi Amanda … it’s still a lot of fun although some of the rides have gone now and the roller coaster had to be lowered as a local resident complained it interrupted their view during Friday night dinner parties at their weekend abode … poor poor them (with sarcasm there :))

    Oh, WOW!!!! I love this!!
    You’re so talented!!!!!!!

  • Hi Rob … thank you. Glad you like it and appreciate the fav on it. That little face facade took me hours as it’s only 2"x 2.6" big on the original … had to use a magnifying glass to see what I was doing with the details, which is why some areas aren’t that good … a right pain in the ahhum :))

what a great idea doing the miniatures! good luck with your sales this june (big smile) .. like the guy … looks as if he’s eating the grass lol

  • lol … lot of people that go there probably do eat grass … well beats smoking it … good in stews as an added herb … I hear :)) Miniatures look good but can be a pain the rear to do … had to use a magnifying glass to see what I was doing with the detail on this one … no fun balancing the mag glass in one hand and the brush in the other … the left hand shook so the right hand followed … lol … took patience that’s for sure :) I hope the sales go good too :))

I’ve see those magnifying glasses that are attached to a bracket/stand that could be used freeing up both hands … also seen some that are worn around your neck and others that are worn like glasses …

something like this from firemountaingems … I’ve seen others, bigger, online but can’t remember where ….

you can also get reading glasses that are great to use .. 3.25+ and over power works good … I suppose you could get them online or they are sold in many stores in the states .. perhaps by you too … usually not expensive ..

just an idea for ya (big smile)

  • Yeah I thought about one of the free-standing ones but they are out of my price range here … the 3.25+ reading glasses are a good idea though … can get those here at markets very cheap so might do that … thanks for the link and info owlspook :)
