Boxers are a distinguishable, medium-built and strong breed of dogs, that got its name from its habit of standing on the hind legs to begin a fight and boxing with the front paws.

The Boxer is a working dog. They’ve been trained to be Hunting dogs, Police dogs, Seeing-eye dogs for the blind, Guard dogs, Circus dogs, Courier dogs on the battlefields during World War I and World War II, and Fighting dogs in the once popular sport of dog fighting.
