If we are asked to imagine a sophisticated hunting machine some of us will surely think of their beloved cat.

Cats are fast, athletic, flexible, have a lot of patience, and a killer instinct. We all have seen hunting cats moving one foot at a time, staring intently at the prey they are stalking on a hot summer day … and occasionally we find a dead or alife “gift” on our doorsteps. It’s just a shame that we do not appreciate a good gooey mouse as much as our feline friends do.

I don’t know what kind of a cat this is. I saw her running free on a private parking lot close to a major Interstate and asked the man who’s feeding her occasionally and gave her the bell. He said he wouldn’t know either … he’s taking care of the cat because she obviously has no home.

I wonder what this cat is thinking behind those china blue hypnotic eyes …
