Taken in my garden in Hepburn Springs, Victoria, with my Canon EOS 450D, 55-250 zoom lens, hand held on full zoom and a very light tweak of the levels in Photoshop CS3.

I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t create, it’s as natural to me as breathing, especially now that we have the tools to achieve great art with digital photography. It’s so exciting and I feel that my creativity has finally come to fruition with these fantastic digital tools.

Nicely timed and caught ! It looks like it’s about to fall off.

One bee I was capturing as it flew about gathering Pollen reversed out of a tubular bit in the middle of the flower, lost it’s footing and then fell upside down and hit the ground ! I couldn’t catch it with my camera though – too quick and unexpected !
