What can I tell you. Biography will only tell you who I was, My current status is this. I am single and I live alone in Sutton. I do not smoke, I do not drink, I do not drive, I do not take foreign holidays. This sounds negative but I have to say this because so many people take these things for granted. I have two children both grown men now. I am of a certain age and I am currently considering retirement. My main interests in life are writing, music, books and film, formula one racing and generally trying to maintain my spiritual growth as best I can.

People talk of themselves as being a glass half full (or empty) kind of a person. If we are talking about life then forget the glass I’ve got the whole damn bottle. no I got a lake of the stuff. This should not be confused with optimism. I never know if this will be a good or a bad day. But that’s the fun of it.

Songs of hopes and Hammers

This poem has been with me for about 45 years and it has sustained me through many life changes. Photography

I posted my first image, as art, today. I do not see myself as a photographer and certainly not an artist (if only). I have a simple and cheap Hitachi that is designed for family snaps. Gadgetry would be lost on me. / Its just sometimes, while I walking, there will be an image that will resonate with the poet in me and then they need to go together. I imagine my contribution to the image side of …
