What can I tell you. Biography will only tell you who I was, My current status is this. I am single and I live alone in Sutton. I do not smoke, I do not drink, I do not drive, I do not take foreign holidays. This sounds negative but I have to say this because so many people take these things for granted. I have two children both grown men now. I am of a certain age and I am currently considering retirement. My main interests in life are writing, music, books and film, formula one racing and generally trying to maintain my spiritual growth as best I can.

People talk of themselves as being a glass half full (or empty) kind of a person. If we are talking about life then forget the glass I’ve got the whole damn bottle. no I got a lake of the stuff. This should not be confused with optimism. I never know if this will be a good or a bad day. But that’s the fun of it.
