Kurt Cobain 20/02/1967 to 05/04/1994
Kurt Cobain was the lead singer and guitarist of the grunge rock band Nirvana and sadly commited suicide on the 5th of april 1994 in a spate of deep depression.
This portrait was inspired by a photo taken by the very tallented photographer Julian Broad at the Maida vale studios in London.
The original photo was head and shoulders and i have cropped the composition to draw focus to the eye,,the window to the soul and try to show the inner despair of Kurt.
R.I.P Kurt we miss you.
