The Sea

The waves roared at the stubborn reef
Diamonds sparkling on the waves
As they smash against the rocks
like sprays of shattered glass

Cranky crabs swiftly scurry
Racing from crack to crack
Seeking the best place to hide
From shards of shattered water

The wind whistles through the trees
They wave their branches wildly
As though cheering the ocean on
In its endless war with the reef

It amazing isn’t it? We never get bored of describing the sea, and it is yet to be fully described. This little piece proves that nicely. Thanks.
