Took this as part of The Rutland Photographer of the Year 2010 competition. I didn’t win overall.. but four of my images, including this one, will be published in a book due for release spring 2011! The image is of the windmill at Morcott, Rutland, UK. A cloud appears to envelop the setting sun as the windmill is silhouetted against the sky. For today, the landscape is lost to darkness as the sun slowly drops behind the horizon.
