Atlantis lifts off to rendezvous with the International Space Station. Space Shuttle Atlantis, Orbiter Vehicle-104 (OV-104) commences Shuttle Transportation System mission 132 (STS-132) to the International Space Station. Including this STS-132 mission, Atlantis has flown into space 32 times in it´s nearly 25 year flight history. May 14, 2010. Atlantis is scheduled to fly STS135, the final flight of the Space Shuttle program in 2011.
