One of my favorite works from the instant I’ve shot it. After that It was selected for the Painter Magazine cover (issue 18), and inside this issue I wrote a tutorial describing the process of doing that. Thanks all you for your continued support, incentive words and comments to my work. It is really much appreciated.

Sorry, I’m afraid not. As it is copyrighted material, it can not be published in any site. There are two alternatives: purchasing the corresponding issue of the magazine (can be done online directly from the publisher’s site) or wait for the next DVD covering all the 13 issues published along the second year of the magazine (may be it is published already, I don’t know). []s
I think if it is your tutorial then you own the copyright unless you sold it to them. I thought from hat you said it was your technique….
Indeed the technique has been developed by me, but once the pay for the tutorial, there is a contract, in which they state I can not spread any partial image or text included in the article. Clear now? :)
Gosh – That´s bad….. by voluntering a piece of your work you waive authors rights to it!!!! Definiteklñy you have lost exclusive rights but I think to be excluded from having any say as to publication of your work as you see fit is preetty bad. I think it´s a different story if they pay you foor it and have an exclusive contract!

Let me explain I continue to have rights on the image, but not exclusive. But, on the tutorial, I have no rights. Sorry :(
What a treat finding you here at RB too………besides in the Corel Mag -:)))….this is one of my favourites along with your very well presented tutorial in the Mag……..congratulations!!! Also congrats on your most recent feature with Digital Brushstrokes. More than well deserved…!
