This is another image that has only just been compleated, but has been seen here in black and white. At the centre the god of wine looks out at us often portrayed as a more genteal form of the greenman to the Greeks he was Dyonisses whilst to the Romans he was Baccauss and graced many of the gardens and decoration that still exsists today, Around him the Fauns or Satyr who where his companions in his merry making and so here i have shown each playing there own unique instrament and enjoying the fun of the party This inner bourder is then locked with in a chain of Celtic Knots and graced with another Satyr
in each courner. This image has been realy intresting to put together and i feel the colour has realy broght the image to life in a way that the inked image could not show.
god, fantasy, roman, wisdom, wine, magic, greek, celtic, knotwork, festivals, pagan, greenman, feasts, merryment, dyonisess, baccauss, leaves, music
