hecate goddess of magic and witchcraft
Hecate, is a greek goddess with her origens in Turkey, she is the teacher of withcraft and protecter of cross roads whilst guideing people with the lamp or torch she is always seen holding. In this image i have used a number of historical refreances and drawn them in my own way whilst also adding all the items and femilers that are link to the goddess.

Hello Midnightdreamer, the medium i use mostley colour pencil and watercolour pencil together over and ink shaded and outlined drawing. once i’ve sketched a peace i shade it with hundreads of dots and them add colour in layers quite strongley. (this i do from practice now but when i started designing tattoo you use a light box to see where more color needs to be added.) then when its all coloured in i go over the finished works outlines again in ink to get the finished result, thanks for asking and let me know if there is anything else i can do , love light and happyness be with you, CherrieB

Another gorgeous picture, and wonderful detail and craftsmanship. I actually found a pendant I had of Hecate a couple of days ago and then saw your pic today which is wonderful.
