Daisy Needs A Home by

This image was Featured in the Cats and Dogs Group in May 2009. Thank you all so much. I appreciate it loads and I’m sure Daisy does too! :)

This is Daisy! Daisy was at our local SPCA when I visited last week. She was going to go home with me that day for sure. She is so adorable and loving and the right size for my household, I really wanted to take her but, she has Colitis and was being treated. So until she get’s better she couldn’t be released. And I also found out she had two holds on her already. lol I put a hold on her as well but since I haven’t been called (5 days later) I’m sure one of the other two have taken her home by now. We don’t need another dog and I would have answered to my hubby (only until he saw her..lol) so I’m glad she went with someone else that wanted her, but that doesn’t mean I would pass up the chance to take her if they do call or she is still there next week when I go. lol

She is a Jack Russell Terrier mix, I think they said. Some kind of a Terrier for sure.

beautiful composed capture cheri!!! and that expression just makes me want to hug her!!! well done!!

  • She would have loved it. She loved to be loved and she was sure loving…she gave me all sorts of kisses. I had to wash from my head to my toes when I was done since she had colitis…But oh it was worth it. She loved having me in her cage with her. She was the only one I could get in with. Thanks so much for your very kind words.

You go girl. Congrats on your feature. I work at a vet office, and it is so hard to see people come in that are just ‘tired’ of their pet and want to put them down. She is so pretty, even with the e-collar on.

  • Yes she was. If she hadn’t had Colitis she would have come home with me that day. I’m kind of hoping she is there when I go back this week. If so, She has a home…lol!!!
Thanks so much for stopping by and your congrats. I appreciate it loads.

She’s so cute, Cheri. She definitely has Russell Terrier blood in her.
I’m glad she found a good home.
Congratulations on your feature. Well deserved … it’s an excellent photo.

  • As far as I know she is still at the shelter. BUT…smaller dogs do not last at the shelters, as you probably know so I am hoping she went to a new home. If not, when I go on Thursday, she will be coming home with me…lol

THanks so much for stopping by. I always enjoy hearing from you. Hugglez!!
