Sad News Today
It saddens me this morning to say We lost my sweet Trouble. They had rushed him to the Tufts center last night due to Colicing, My friend Steve decided to put him down at 2:30 am since they said there was nothing else that they could do and the surgery outcome would most likely not be good.
We are going to miss you Trouble.

Sherry, This is terrible news. I am so sorry for your loss. I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I hope some day soon your tears will replaced with smiles from all the wonderful memories you have with your beautiful Trouble.

This is very sad, he was not my horse but my riding friend. We use to go out on trails together. i LEARNED MY First western lessons on Trouble. He was like my own horse. My friend Steve seems to be taking it weel so far. He had to make the hard decision last night to l et him go so he would not suffer.

My horse had surgery last month on his back leg..actually in Sept.. This guy had what we thought was the same thing barbaro had. Found out it wasnt that bad. We thought he was out of the woods. he was. but now they think all the meds did him in the end. We are going to find out. They are doing an autopsy. Steve tried to explain to me how it had something to do with his stomach and bowles… Steve is doing good. I thought he would be a mess. this was his horse, i leanred western on him so I was very attached to him. He was the most cuddle bug you ever meet.. kind gentle soul.. we are going to miss him. I want to do a video for Stev but I think I will wait a while

So sorry to read of your loss of Trouble. I wish they had been able to do something for him. I lost a cat in July that had been a part of our family for 16 years. It hurts to lose them, but at least you will know that he did not have to suffer.

It will take some time. Its a little different … a friendship with a horse is totally different I have to say… You are partners in races, and all kinds of stuff. You have a very strong bond with your horse. I still love my cats but you really feel when your horse is not there.
