I was born a creator, of what exactly though, is a question I have yet to discover an answer for. When it comes to ones imagination, the sky and all it’s stars are the limit to what an idea, or thought, can manifest. As for myself, I have only just begun to break through the barriers of my own constraints and emerge into the view of eyes other than my own.

Through the use of many different mediums, I enjoy developing bits and pieces of my imagination into reality. I began painting with watercolors, throughout art school used oil paints, and now I produce in acrylics. Since the opportunity of studying Multi-Media Production and Design, which opened my eyes to an entirely new world of possibilities, I’ve swayed between the digital and traditional arts. Recently, I have been combining plaster of paris sculpture with acrylics to create three dimensional paintings.

I am excited to explore the creative realm of my mind, beyond the surface, where hiding questions seek answers that only occasionally unfold the truth. Engaging in art is a form of meditation and a useful tool for understanding the self. Bringing to life images and ideas from the imagination is necessary to achieve balance in my life. It is a language of my own, a form of communication, a way to share how I perceive the world around me.
