You can tell this is a favourite shot by how long it took me to scroll to the bottom of these comments. This is a beautiful shot…the cliffs are amazing and so unique…the lighting makes them stand out magnificently. The cottages are a bonus….so charming. Now I’ll have to see Atonement and watch for them! Great stuff, Gordon.

Yours is slightly to the right from mine. I was on the path level with the gorse bushes

New to your site. This is such an impressive image. Can understand it may have been a “stand in” for the Dover Cliffs – but there is certainly no “stand in” element about this shot! It is “lead”.
