My long time Chef comrade . dAvid McEncroe is reaching the milestone of turning 50. Many doubted he would ever make it . I wanted to give dAvid something I created as he has been a good true friend since I first worked with him in 1983 . He is more than just a great Chef , he`s a great teacher , a great laugh & as mentioned a great friend but I’ve had a majority of my fun with him in kitchens , so I thought this sandstone sculpture was fitting. Im looking forward to giving it to him at his "Not so Surprised " surprise party on Friday night .
