What makes it work – - – Canon G11 Compact Camera – Wide-Angle Lens 6mm – I shoot RAW – Orton – I use PhotoShop for layer-techno-tuning – I use Photomatix Pro to polish up me HDR ( 193 hours saved thus far) – and we had a nice sunset but caught no flies ~:0)
What I Don’t Know – - – I dunno – maybe U guys won’t think this is funny. Or maybe it’s ironic. But this oh so sanitary 57 Belair Two-Door Sedan in an Oh So Deep Black finish was in the parking lot at the Boerne Corvette Show. This bewdy shoulda been one of the stars of the show. This is what I picture when I talk about an immaculate street rod! ~:0)
So someone drove this fab 57 Belair street rod to the Corvette Show. Don’t get me wrong! The Corvette part of the show was nice. More than 400 Corvettes lined up and down Main Street and around most of the town square. There were blue ones. Yellow ones. Most of the vettes there had factory paint. Looked just like the one next to it. And most had their hood (bonnet) up for some inexplicable reason – Ha!
Personally – and it is possible that I am nuts – I think I’d rather have a nice sanitary 57 Belair resto.
Wonder if it has A/C? Okay – I hear some of U out there. There are some Vettes I would love to have. Basically I like the ‘53 – ’62 series of America’s Only Production Sports Car. The New Corvettes are excellent rides – no doubt. But – a 57 Belair – how cool is that! ~:0)
Guess I’ve always been a rodder at heart. The owner of this 57 Belair is one lucky biological entity indeed! Nice 350 crate-motor powers this hot rod. And as for photogenic! Just take a look at a Chevy that fits right into the Hot Rod Art Prints section of Hot Rodney Hot Rods. Maybe I’m partial to my own photo work. But this nice 57 Belair looks fantastic printed on metal, acrylic or canvas. And it’s certainly no slouch as a matted and framed print. Must say it’s one of me own faves! ~:0) VivaChas!
