The historic tram sheds are a living, breathing, ever changing urban canvas and it has been an emotional journey to capture what lies within.
I hope that by showing this work, we pay tribute to the anonymous artist and capture this moment for all to see.
Update 2012: This area is no longer accessible. The site has been taken over by developers and the area is being cleaned up and what’s left of the trams salvaged.
Love this art, are these new ones in Glebe. Beautiful capture darling!
Yes new and HUGE! Every time I go there, I find something different. Last time though a squatter had moved into the small room next to the stairs. I felt like I was intruding by being there. The floor had completely gone in the room next to it and of course there was more damage to the trams. So even though the work on the walls is interesting, the destruction to other areas made me quite upset so we didnt stay long.
