Why do I like being on RB? It is because some days magic happens and if I am lucky enough, I get a front row seat in all the fun.
Yesterday I clicked here it’s a place that I am guilty of rarely visiting. Yet it is also the place where magic happens because it gives you a window to the world with breathtaking words and images as they are loaded onto RB.
Sure, every so often I get a glimpse of something that’s not really my cup of tea but like the channels on a television, I can choose to either watch or change the channel to something that suits me better. I need to visit there more often and remind myself how amazing this world is and the people that live in it.
Today some magic of a different kind happened when one “old” member decided to spread some joy (and perhaps a little bit of fairy dust) to a “new” member in the form of an unexpected gift. Though I am neither the giver nor the receiver, I feel joy in knowing that others do give and receive kindness.
I have often said how lucky I am to have met some of the members on RB and to have learnt so much from so many more. There are other art sites out there but they just don’t hold the same magic for me that after 3 years, I still find here.
My creative journey is an ongoing one and I look forward to the adventures yet to come both on and off the bubble.
So keep smiling – (even if for nothing else than it makes your enemies nervous lol) and know that sometimes, when you least expect it, magic does happen.

Woohoo .. thanks for sharing, gorgeous, the ride is good. I challenged myself to a day shooting candids in the city, with a pocket full of coins and cooperative buskers and street people – and was that FUN?!! You’d better believe it – worthy of a journal of its own.
