Bridesmaid at the Clayton wedding Dec 2007…she had some beautiful fairy wings made out of metal earlier and I wished shed had them on for this photo so much.
cool shot, if you were closer, same angle but just her face and shoulder, um im just giving my 2 cents, i only give constructive critisism, feel free to crit my stuff even if it’s a way you would of taken the shot, 2 many people including me just leave short meaningless comments.how can you learn. im still a student :)
no its fine… the only reason i couldnt have done that though is that she wasn’t posing for me, i was just capturing what i could see..and i to get in closer i would have disturbed them… plus i think i like the fact the little boys hand is resting on the arm of the chair… i do think a close up would have been nice though.there is a few cute ones of her that i took but drew me in as much as this. and yes i agree.. without criticism you cant learn..its far more useful to me if people make suggestions than if they just say they like it or hate it… everyones still got something to learn eh.
Love the light on the sweetheart’s face. What Vladan said would be nice but…the imagery that is here because of the chair being occupied is magic. I can see his point though. It’s one of those “two pictures in one” type of shots – the beautiful subject and the the unique setting. It’s a beautiful photograph Charlistar.

I really like this! I like that you can only see the hand of the person sitting in the chair. Lovely job Charlistar!
