this image is of one of my favorite anchorages in Charlotte Harbor, Florida done from memory just watching the surface image develop. Here I am using my Calligraphic Expression to do representational landscape. It is more like neo-impressionism sliding into fauvism working a shallow depth of field using the brush stroke as the vehicle to carry much of the visual aesthetics and expressive information … of course loaded with the voice of color. A warm inviting sensuous place of secure succor.
