Hotham at sunrise by

This is a photo I have taken a number of times before. It’s always a bit different. This one is a stitch of 4 photos taken leaning out of the 5th floor Arlberg apartment, Mt Hotham, Victoria, just after the sun rose on a brilliantly clear day.

Beautiful photo Charles and great light.

  • Thanks Graham. Unfortunately, this was yet another poor snow season. After a promising start in July, August was a washout so I did not get there again. Cheers, Charles

Wow, thats a pity Charles. I went to Falls Ck once in early August and it turned out to be their best snowfall in 20 years, so I was wrapped and it was sunny too for most of the week I was there, so I wasn’t complaining.

Congratulations! Your photo has been featured in ‘Australian Country Towns’

You have captured the vibrancy and excitement of country life and it’s exactly the sort of work that we feel should be displayed in the featured section of a group on Aussie country towns.

Please keep up the great work and we hope you continue to add more of your excellent photographs to this group.

  • Thanks Graham
