If you think that this site is full of photos of snow and mountains you are quite right! My skiing trips take me to distant places, and the camera is always with me. But you will also find architecture, cityscapes, flowers and birds here. And there are a few nice portraits and good looking cats.My current camera is a Canon EOS 550D with lenses covering 18 – 250 mm (28 – 400 mm in 35 mm terms).I try to minimize any manipulation to my images. All that is done is cropping, exposure, colour balance and saturation adjustment,and an absolute minimum of sharpening.
I am a member of Melbourne Camera Club (www.melbournephoto.org.au) since 1992 and since 2000 have been editor or co-editor of their bi-monthly publication of Exposure magazine.
