I wonder if there’s any irony in the title “Love.” The image, the respective physical attitudes of the man and the woman, are somewhat ambiguous. I’m not saying the real relationship of the two people is ambiguous, or that you meant the picture to be ambiguous – how would I know? – it’s just that the image is so artistically crafted, and powerfully suggestive, that its significance seems like it might be more complex than it seems at first look. But whether my take on it is valid or not, this is a really fine piece of work.
