I have shared my passion for creativity in art groups as a mental health worker now for 4 years helping to facilitatatie recovery and self development. The healing, vibrancy, creativity, positivity, and the fractal infinite beauty of nature is a very important part of my life that I wish to express and share. Sherwood Forest is a special place to me and has played a big part in my life and artwork, having lived in there during my childhood. I love nature like kin and always turn to the forest for inspiration and healing. There is always something new to see and energies to experience. Through this experience I have become Pagan by default. I deeply respect indigenous wisdom and divine inspiration as it was the key to our ancestors survival. This is a heritage that we all share. I believe in healing as it helped to change my life beyond recognition after suffering for 5 years with severe chronic pain following surgery for endometriosis. I’m a Reiki Healer trained in Shoden and Okuden levels of traditional Japaese Reiki and am a Shamanic Practitioner and trained with Jeannie Rogers. I’ve had a unique professional experience taken refferals for 3 years for my Reiki practice within a multidisicplinary team at Rokerfield Community Support for Mental Health members, and now regularly run a “Relax with Reiki” group Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Older Persons at thr Redoaks and Willow Woods Day Centres.
