I’ve just recently returned from a trip to Iceland where I saw some of the most staggeringly-beautiful landscapes that were effortless to compose and capture. This is one of them. The morning was starting out like any other, the high cloud not all that visible through the cold wind and the dark skies. The colour and the sunset lasted longer than they do in Australia, and it was a pleasure to experience a beautiful rise such as this one. This is one of my favourite images thus far.
