No Idea
The lightbulb was not on. It was there, on the chair.
Not the original shot, but post processed to my liking

Melanie, it’s great to see another of your creative works.
I think the title, caption and image work very well together, and is thought provoking.
For me, without the title, It evokes a sense of post destruction, and fragility. (And some luck, since the bulb is still intact!)
Looking forward to seeing more.

Nice DOF and PP. As said, very lucky, and quite intriguing to find a light bulb in tact, especially after seeing the rest of your series.

Hi Matt,
I was pleasantly surprised how this image turned out, it was beyond my expectations, as was the location I found (with a friend). I always try to title my works with a touch of humour. And yes, finding something un-damaged was definitely bizarre… its turned into one of my favourite shots accidently. Thanks for your comment, I’m heading back to my location in the next week or so, so I’m gonna try get more shots to turn into creative works..
Thanks for your comment

Yeah, I definitely think it was a lucky shot – it just takes the cake for the day.

Hehe, thats why its No idea. Its not lit, its not doing anything, and its a stroke of pure karma that its not destroyed like the rest of the site was.
