No prob, I miss spell all the time. I agree WOLF, art is a part of us like a heart or a brain, we need it to enjoy life and express ourselves in a way that cant be described with words alone. I want to try and get my feelings across to the world so I’ll keep taking pictures and drawing, hopefully people will get the messages they portray and be kind enough to leave more of these gracious and helpful comments like you did!! Thankyou so much for your support!!

    Howdy!!! :D

    Welcome!

SO… you wanted to know how to do select colouring like I did on “From me to you”...
There are several ways you can do it!! For starters, do you use Photoshop???

I use Paint Shop Pro 7, is that a problem?

I’m not familiar with paintshop pro… Umm can you use layers in it?? or is there a select tool?

Yes, you can either select what you want in a square shape [the Selection Tool] or draw around something using the mouse [the Freehand Tool]. You can use layers too

    Ok cool!
If you can use layers, then open the image and duplicate the image, then convert the top layer to B&W and erase whatever you want to be in colour (in my case the heart)!
And ta da! there you have it! :)

I’d offer you advice if I thought I had any that was worthwhile.
Since I don’t, I’ll just say that spectacles plus kitty ears make a very alluring combination.
    Be seeing you.
