This painting was donated to the Foundation For Coast Guard History to be used as a fundraiser. This painting depicts the evolution of Coast Guard Aircraft and ships. The Coast Guard Cutter Tampa and Curtis Flying Boat are shown in the background. Tampa was sunk during world War 1 with a loss of all hands. The new Cutter Berthfold and the new HC-144 are shown in the foregroud.
